You are trusting us with legal documents and the story of a dispute. This page says exactly what we keep, who can see it, what we never do with it, and how to erase all of it yourself in one click. Port Grove LLC publishes Courttt.

What we store

What you tell usYour intake conversation, the facts we pull from it, and anything you ask the advisor.
What you uploadYour files themselves, plus the text and descriptions we read out of them, including from photos, video, audio, and emails.
What we produceDocument explanations, your case summary and claim readings, drafts you make, filing records, response cards, the party directory, risk flags, and your tracker.
Mail sent to your case addressIf you use a case email address, the messages and attachments delivered to it, including mail from other people (see below).
Your email addressUsed for your sign-in link and for messages about your case or account.
Basic usage countsEvents like "a page was viewed" or "a decode happened," with the page and referring site. No cookies for tracking, no third-party analytics, no advertising networks.

Mail from other people

If you put a Courttt case address on a court service list or copy it on correspondence, mail from other people (opposing counsel, court systems, records custodians) will be delivered into your case and stored here. Mail from senders your case does not already know is held for your review and not added to your record until you accept it. Tell people who write to you that the address is a case file, and do not use it for anything you would not want stored.

Who sees it

No privilege. We are not a law firm, so nothing you put here is protected by attorney-client privilege. A court could compel records from us the way it could from any company. If material is truly privileged, keep it with your attorney.

How long we keep it

Your case stays until you delete it or ask us to close your account. Anonymous usage counts, which carry no link to you, may be kept for product measurement. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Deleting your case

Open your case and use Delete my case. It erases your conversation, extracted facts, uploaded files and their stored text, document readings, case summary, drafts, filings, response cards, advisor chat, party directory, risk flags, tracker, settings, quarantined mail, and sign-in tokens. Usage counts survive with any link to you removed. There is no undo, and we cannot recover a deleted case.

Your choices

Security

Traffic runs over HTTPS. Case access requires a signed sign-in link, and AI features are rate-limited per address to prevent abuse. No system is perfectly secure; do not send us anything you could not bear to have exposed, and tell us at privacy@courttt.com if you find a weakness.

Children

Courttt is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we will post it with a new date and, where we have your email, tell you.
